Medway Health Walks

About Us

Medway Health Walks are proud to offer walks to suit all abilities and levels of fitness.

These social walks are led by trained Volunteer Walk Leaders.  The walks are organised to support people to get the most enjoyment out of walking . Walking is a low impact form of exercise and suitable for all ages and abilities but if you have a concern  please contact your Doctor. Dogs on leads are welcome on most walks.

Walking is also a cheap way to exercise.  All that is needed is a comfortable pair of shoes and suitable clothing. .

Walk and collect goodies. We give away bags, water bottles, tee-shirts and pedometers once you have achieved a certain amount of walks.
